FAQ's
Amy is an independant maker based in the South West of England. Each Cast Glass jewellery and homeware item is individually created and carefully finished by hand to a high standard.
If you like an item and it is out of stock, or you would prefer a different colour feel free to contact Amy to commission an item. Depending on the complexity and demand commissions can take from 2 to 8 weeks to be produced. Glass is cast in small batches in Amy's UK glass studio in Devon.
The Cast Glass earrings are comfortable to wear and do not pull on or weigh down the ear lobe.
All rope jewellery has been sewn and tightly whipped together with professional whipping twine for a strong long lasting join.
All Jewellery purchases will be checked and packaged with the utmost care in branded boxes and thoroughly wrapped for safe shipping. Boxes are made from 100% recycled card and either reused or biodegradable (green) bubble wrap will be used to protect the glass from breakages.
Alternative plastic free packaging is available message with your purchase and Amy will oblige.
UK SHIPPING
All orders for items in stock will be packaged and posted within 48hrs of payment receipt. Items that qualify for free shipping (UK only) will be posted 1st Class by *Royal Mail.
Order before December 5th for items in time for *Christmas. Orders received after the 5th of December will still be posted and may not arrive before Christmas day.
*Due to the pandemic Royal Mail is experiencing distribution disruptions. Christmas delivery cannot be gaurenteed. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPNG
International orders for items in stock will be packaged and posted within 48hrs of payment received. International orders will be posted 1st Class tracked by *Royal Mail.
Duties and import taxes are not included in international shipping costs. The import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer to pay for.
Order before 10th November for items in time for *Christmas.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Cast Glass & Rope jewellery and homeware can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and tepid water.
Take care to hold onto the Cast Glass jewellery when putting on, removing and especially when fastening necklaces.
Cast Glass jewellery are for elegant wear, not sports activities, please remove cast glass jewellery before swimming, running, jumping etc.
Similar to other precious jewellery avoid direct contact with make-up, creams, perfume & fake tan, as these may stain the rope.
Brass & Silver will naturally tarnish & darken with wear, to liven up brass & silver rub with a polishing cloth.
T's & C's
In the (very rare) instance that your item has been delivered broken, please contact Amy within 14 days of purchase and return the item for a replacement or full refund.
Please include a copy of your purchase order information with your name and address in the return for ease of processing.
If you change your mind about your order, please contact Amy within 14 days of purchase and return the item. You will need to pay for postage of the return to receive an item refund minus a postage and packaging fee of 5%.
